Job Description: Associate / Sr. Associate – Operations (Lead Generation) Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, India Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift (8 PM – 6 AM IST) We are looking for motivated professionals to join our Operations team as Associates and Sr. Associates in Lead Generation. This role is focused on the U.S. market, where you will engage with prospects through inbound and outbound calls, qualify opportunities, and generate high-quality leads that directly contribute to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify, qualify, and nurture leads from the U.S. market. Build professional rapport with potential clients using culturally appropriate communication. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets with consistency. Maintain accurate CRM entries, lead data, and call records while ensuring compliance with data security standards. Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to optimize conversions and improve processes. Participate in ongoing training, skill development, and feedback programs to enhance performance. Maintain a professional approach in all client interactions and uphold organizational standards. Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Associates: 1–3 years in inbound/outbound BPO operations or lead generation. Sr. Associates: 3+ years in inbound/outbound BPO operations with a track record of meeting targets. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities with active listening skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet performance expectations. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is preferred. Why Join Us?
