You will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate 4-5 qualified leads per week for the US market.
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation platforms to identify potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new prospects and understand their needs.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective follow-up and nurturing strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively converted into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and results.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably for US staffing companies.
• Proven track record of generating leads and meeting targets.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
