Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can create and run social media campaigns to generate high-quality leads for Foaps Direct. The ideal candidate should understand how to attract, engage, and convert small business owners (restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and local stores) using Meta Ads, Instagram, and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Optimize ad creatives, audiences, and budgets for better ROI.
• Work with the sales team to qualify and hand over leads effectively.
• Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Experiment with new strategies, hooks, and ad formats to improve lead volume and quality.
• Create simple landing pages or WhatsApp lead funnels when needed.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or lead generation campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Good understanding of target audience segmentation and ad optimization.
• Ability to design simple creatives using Canva or coordinate with designers.
• Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of analytics and conversion tracking.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
