Lead Generation Specialist

Responsible for generating qualified leads for MEPF design and BIM services targeting overseas clients. The role involves market research, outreach via digital channels (cold emails, LinkedIn, social media), lead qualification, nurturing relationships, and coordinating with sales teams to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in overseas markets needing MEPF design and BIM services.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and other outreach methods for lead generation.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
• Qualify leads based on criteria such as project requirements, budget, and timeline relevance.
• Regular follow-ups and relationship building with potential clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track lead generation metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new lead channels and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development, preferably related to B2B or technical service industries.
• Previous experience or understanding of MEPF design and BIM services is a strong plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good knowledge of digital lead generation channels including email, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
• Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of the construction, MEPF, or BIM industry is advantageous.
• Creative problem-solving and persistence in opening new dialogues and generating interest.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
