Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
Engage prospects, understand their needs, and assess if our animation services are the right fit.
Qualify leads and schedule high-quality discovery meetings for the Sales team.
Build and maintain strong lead pipelines through timely and consistent follow-ups.
Keep detailed records of all lead interactions using our CRM system (we love organized folks!).
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and target the right audience.
Provide regular insights and reports on outreach performance, lead quality, and appointment conversions.
Participate in remote and occasional in-person team meetings to brainstorm, improve, and scale our lead generation strategies.
1–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role—ideally within creative, media, digital, or marketing services.
Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a knack for persuasion and connection.
Comfortable initiating conversations with marketing managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented—you know how to chase leads without losing track.
Experience with CRM platforms (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is a big plus.
Team player with the ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to understand our animation offerings and creatively communicate their value.
