Role: Lead Generation Specialist

Type: Commission-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential)

Responsibilities:

• Cold call, prospect, and qualify potential HNI & NRI clients.
• Follow up consistently and nurture leads.
• Schedule appointments for property consultations.
• Work closely with our real estate team to drive successful deal closures.

Compensation:

• Up to ₹1,00,000 commission per deal closure
• Performance-driven structure with no earning cap

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in Gurgaon Real Estate is a must
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
