Research and identify potential clients using various online platforms (LinkedIn, business directories, CRM tools, etc.).
Qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for different industries and regions.Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data.Track, report, and optimize lead generation metrics and KPIs.Schedule appointments for the business development team.Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and emerging lead-gen tools.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B lead generation, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed lead targets and KPIs.Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.Knowledge of digital marketing basics is a plus.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
Understanding of IT/software development services.
