About Velsprint:

Velsprint Technologies is a growing IT services and solutions company focused on delivering innovative and scalable technology to clients across sectors. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help scale our client base, manage outsourcing initiatives, and assist with digital presence through social media.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and inbound/outbound outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into potential clients through effective pitching and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the technical team to align service offerings with client needs.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and service decks.
  • Maintain client relationships and support account growth.

🔹 Outsourcing & Client Coordination

  • Collaborate with outsourcing vendors and freelancers to deliver client projects on time.
  • Ensure quality control and proper communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Support onboarding of outsourced teams and oversee deliverables when required.

🔹 Social Media & Digital Engagement

  • Manage company presence across social media platforms.
  • Plan and schedule regular content updates, industry news, and engagement posts.
  • Coordinate with the design/marketing team to support brand messaging and lead generation through social channels.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience

    : Minimum 2 years in business development or client acquisition, preferably in IT, outsourcing, or digital services.
  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in handling B2B clients and digital communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, and basic social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing outsourcing teams.
  • Understanding of digital marketing or tech service delivery.
  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of content or campaign creation is a plus.
