Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients using various online platforms (LinkedIn, business directories, CRM tools, etc.).
• Qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for different industries and regions.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data.
• Track, report, and optimize lead generation metrics and KPIs.
• Schedule appointments for the business development team.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and emerging lead-gen tools.

Requirements:

• Experience

  : Minimum 2 years in B2B lead generation, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed lead targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Knowledge of digital marketing basics is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
• Understanding of IT/software development services.
