Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Lead Generation Specialist role to take full ownership of our lead generation process. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels. Your goal will be to create a predictable and scalable pipeline of qualified leads to fuel our sales and business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will not only define the strategy but also execute campaigns, experiment with new channels, and continuously optimize for results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and own the end-to-end lead generation strategy for Techcream. Plan, create, and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including: Email marketing campaigns Social media lead generation Paid ads (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) Content marketing Webinars, events, and partnerships Build and manage lead databases, segmentation, and nurture sequences. Implement lead scoring models to qualify leads effectively. Analyze data, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights and A/B testing. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and lead quality. Identify and explore new lead generation channels and tools. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in technology or SaaS industries. Strong understanding of various lead generation channels and tactics. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Strategic thinker with strong project management and execution capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take full ownership. Experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience working with tech consulting or professional services companies. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
