Job Description

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in digital marketing to identify, attract, and nurture potential customers for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various digital channels, optimizing lead generation campaigns, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Research and identify target audiences and decision-makers within B2B or B2C markets.
  • Use lead scoring and segmentation to prioritize high-potential leads.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • CRM & Lead Management:
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Nurture leads through email sequences, retargeting ads, and personalized content.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Outbound & Inbound Tactics:
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage potential leads.
  • Leverage webinars, eBooks, case studies, and other content to attract inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop lead-generating assets.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and lead generation best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1+ years in lead generation, digital marketing, or demand generation (B2B experience preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive).
  • Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with lead scraping tools (Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io).
  • Knowledge of chatbots, webinars, and AI-driven lead gen tools.
