Telecaller – Visa & Immigration Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students, parents, and working professionals.

Explain different countries’ visa processes (study visa, tourist visa, PR, work permits, etc.).

Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.

Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into appointments.

Coordinate with counselors & admin staff for smooth processing.

Handle basic telephonic queries politely and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.

Good communication skills in Hindi, English (Gujarati/Punjabi/Telugu is a plus). Confident, polite & convincing personality.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, CRM usage).

Experience in telecalling/customer support/sales preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply!
