Job Description:

mTouch Labs is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads using multiple online tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills and a data-driven approach to support sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify B2B & B2C leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation tools

Research and identify potential clients based on target industries, roles, and company size

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective leads

Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messages, emails, and cold outreach tools

Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems with accuracy

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups

Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance regularly

Stay updated with the latest lead generation tools, techniques, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Business Development

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, Lusha, HubSpot, or similar

Strong communication and written skills

Ability to research and identify decision-makers

Basic understanding of CRM tools

Target-driven mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B & B2C lead generation

Knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach strategies

Understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
