Job Description

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and contribute to the top of the sales funnel. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for technology and B2B sales. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients in target markets (UK, Europe, US, etc.) using LinkedIn, email tools, and databases. Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to attract and engage prospects. Generate and qualify leads through outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling (if required). Maintain and update CRM with lead details, follow-ups, and status. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. Develop targeted outreach campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Use tools and techniques to find verified contact details. Engage in initial discovery calls or set up meetings for senior sales executives. Track outreach KPIs like open rates, response rates, meetings booked, etc. Keep updated about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, preferably in a software service company Understanding of software development lifecycle and typical buyer personas. Prior experience targeting high-value clients in markets like the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, or the US. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy. Ability to research new markets and decision-makers effectively. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
