Why This Business Development Manager Role Is Not a Tele caller (BPO) Job?
Pre-qualified customers only — you speak to people who already have a loan and are eligible for a top-up.
Short call duration — at Bada Finance, total talk time is usually less than 90 minutes per day, unlike BPOs where agents talk 4–6 hours daily.
Flexible calling targets — while we recommend attempting 150–200 calls daily to speak with 60–70 customers, if you are maintaining your lead and documentation targets, making fewer calls is totally fine.
No salary deduction or monetary penalty for making fewer calls or having less talk time.
Flexible breaks — no strict login/logout tracking; focus is on results, not hours.
Multiple channels — also connect with customers via WhatsApp & email.
Outbound at your pace — CRM click-to-dial via SIM, no continuous auto calls.
Conversation freedom (no scripted pitch) — you interact with customers accordingly, within company guidelines.
Consultative role — you guide customers through loan options, eligibility, and documentation, not just read from a script.
