The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing timely financial reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Manage and reconcile bank accounts and perform cash flow analysis. Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes.
