Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking a result-oriented Lead Generation Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will manage a team, drive high-quality leads for the sales pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to support business growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of lead generation executives/associates.
• Generate high-quality leads through multiple channels: cold calling, email campaigns, social media, LinkedIn, paid ads, and events.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain a strong lead database using CRM tools.
• Research target markets and identify new opportunities for lead development.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance lead generation efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and optimize performance.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
