Job Profile: Corporate Compliance & IP Registration Executive Position: Corporate Compliance & Legal Documentation Executive Preferred Qualification: Graduate / CA Dropout / CS Dropout / Semi-Qualified CA or CS Experience: Working knowledge of Company Registration, ROC/MCA filings, Trademark & Copyright processes Industry: Corporate Legal, Compliance, Start-up Incorporation & Intellectual Property Key Responsibilities1. Company Registration & MCA/ROC Compliance - End-to-end Company Incorporation process including name reservation, DSC/DIN, MOA/AOA drafting. - Preparation & filing of incorporation forms on MCA portal. - Handling routine ROC filings – Director appointment/resignation, share allotment, capital changes etc. - Preparation of resolutions, board meeting documents and statutory registers. - Assistance in filing of annual returns (MGT-7, AOC-4) and yearly compliance. - Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely submissions to ROC/MCA. 2. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) – Trademark & Copyright - Filing Trademark applications under relevant class categories. - Documentation & drafting of POA/authorization letters for clients. - Monitoring TM status, handling objections, replies and follow-up. - Assistance in Copyright registration for literary/creative works. - Record maintenance of renewal dates, oppositions and ongoing matters. 3. Documentation & Client Coordination - Drafting declarations, affidavits and basic legal documents. - Coordinating with clients for KYC, details required for filings and registrations. - Maintaining filing records, compliance trackers and documentation logs. Required Skillset - Good working knowledge of MCA portal, e-forms & Companies Act, 2013. - Understanding of Trademark Act & Copyright procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office and document drafting. - Strong communication, multitasking & deadline management skills. - Ability to manage compliance assignments independently.
