Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to HR practices and develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding formalities and maintaining employee records.
• Help in drafting job descriptions, internship programs, and career postings.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Assist with HR documentation, policy updates, and compliance tasks.
• Manage attendance records and support payroll-related activities.
• Handle day-to-day queries of employees with a professional approach.
• Collaborate with the HR team on projects related to performance management, training, and employee welfare.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a professional environment.
