This role requires a two-wheeler as it involves field sales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Responsibilities: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales goals. Build and maintain relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers to drive business growth. Conduct a minimum of two site visits daily to identify business opportunities. Spend at least two hours at the assigned store daily to engage with customers and support sales. Organize and conduct shop meetings with applicators weekly. Submit daily sales reports through the online portal. Requirements A two-wheeler is mandatory as this is a field sales role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Qualification: Min12th Passed. Graduation preferred. Experience: Preferably 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (AP/Akzo/Laminates/Ply/Electricals/Lubricants).
