Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Premium Acquisition Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire premium customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including small finance banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
