Premium Acquisition Manager

As a candidate for the position at Equitas Small Finance Bank in Bangalore, your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential catchment areas to acquire HNI/Affluent liabilities customers. You will be expected to conduct marketing activities, generate leads, and build a database of customer leads through references. It will be your responsibility to schedule meetings with potential HNI/Affluent liabilities customers, understand their requirements, and present them with the most suitable products while explaining the features and benefits. Furthermore, you will need to communicate clearly with customers regarding the requirements for various products and services, as well as the necessary documents and balances/deposits to be maintained. Ensuring that all customer documents are verified with originals and handled with care and confidentiality is crucial. Accurate completion of all account opening-related processes is essential to enhance the customer experience and lay the foundation for a long-term relationship with the bank. You will be expected to maintain continuous communication with customers regarding the status of their account opening process and provide assistance with additional products and services based on their requirements. Building a reference network from newly signed up customers for potential leads is also part of the role, along with updating Daily Sales Reports regularly and discussing plans, action items, and progress with your supervisor. To be eligible for this position, you should be a graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience in CASA and liabilities customer acquisition, preferably in HNI/Affluent customer acquisition. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a good knowledge of the local and surrounding markets in the area. Additionally, you must possess a good understanding of the products and services offered to HNI/Affluent customers.
