About the Role:

Non-IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and onboarding)
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal database, and referrals
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews in the preferred local language
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and ensure timely closures
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and trackers

Language Requirements:

2 recruiters per language group

• Kannada

• Telugu

• Malayalam

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1+ year of

  Non-IT recruitment experience

  (BFSI domain preferred)
• Must be based in

  Chennai

  or willing to relocate immediately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in sourcing and screening candidates via various channels
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Quick joiners preferred –
