Role Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Banking and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle banking operations, promote financial products, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires sound financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with banking services such as loans, deposits, and investments Promote and cross-sell financial products to meet customer needs Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions Analyze financial data and provide insights to clients Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary Support the branch/team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets Prepare and maintain reports related to sales, customer accounts, and compliance Key Skills: Strong knowledge of banking and financial products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with problem-solving ability Sales and cross-selling skills Proficient in MS Excel and financial software Good analytical and decision-making skills Attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management and multitasking Ability to work collaboratively in a team Understanding of banking regulations and compliance Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Additional certifications in banking or finance (e.g., NISM, NCFM) are a plus & responsibilities.
