Role & Responsibilities The position will report to Founder • Handle Customer Accounts • Create a Sales and Marketing Pipeline for the firm • Do Market Survey, Competitor Analysis and Strategic Marketing • Advisor to the Founder on business growth • Do lead generation and maintain CRM • Client Management and Client Experience Management • Be the Brand Ambassador of the firm • Monitor Business Performance and Analytics Personality Traits: • Entrepreneurial mindset • Learning outlook • Relationship Management • Resilience • Flexibility Preferred Skills: • Strong communication skills • High degree of IT Skills( Microsoft, Excel , Canva) • Flair of IT and Technology • Experience in HubSpot, Zoho CRM related fields will be preferred • Flair to develop customer relationship • Willing to travel within Coimbatore to meet client on requirements (B2B) • Knowledge about Digital Marketing tools, AI tools and Social Media tools • Handling Social Media and Website and owning it for the Company. • Valid two wheeler driving license Perks and Benefits • Increments linked to growth of organization • Transport allowance • Flexi leave (Leaves as per TN Shops and Establishments Act 1947) • Career Growth ** Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate**
