Digital Marketing Intern

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of our digital marketing strategies across key platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for social media, content creation, and a basic understanding of digital marketing principles. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience and receive a competitive monthly stipend. Key Responsibilities The intern will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following core areas: 1. Social Media Management & Content (LinkedIn & Instagram) Content Creation: Design and create engaging visual and written content (posts, stories, reels, articles) for LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring strict brand consistency. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the audience to foster community growth and brand dialogue. Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) to identify successful content and areas for strategic improvement. 2. CRM & Campaign Support (Zoho & Email) CRM Assistance: Support the team in managing and updating customer data within our CRM platform, preferably Zoho CRM. Email Marketing: Assist in drafting, designing, and scheduling email newsletters or campaign announcements using Zoho Campaigns or a similar tool. Lead Nurturing: Help monitor and qualify inbound leads generated through various digital channels. 3. Recruitment & Employer Branding (Naukri & LinkedIn) Job Posting: Assist in posting and managing job openings on platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn Jobs. Brand Content: Work with the HR team to create compelling content that promotes the company culture and work environment to attract top talent. Market Analysis: Research and analyze successful employer branding strategies of competitors in the industry. 4. General Digital Marketing Support SEO/Content: Assist in basic keyword research and content optimization for website and blog content. Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly reports on overall digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics (training provided). Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and social media algorithm changes. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a relevant role (e.g., student club marketing, freelance social media, prior short-term internship). Required Skills Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram as marketing tools. Basic working knowledge or strong interest in Zoho CRM/Campaigns or similar marketing automation/CRM tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must). High level of accountability, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
