Job Title: Sales Executive – Lead Generation Payroll Solutions | CRM Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Pune (Onsite) Industry: [HRTech / SaaS / Consulting / Payroll Services] About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of proven experience in lead generation, CRM-based sales, and promoting payroll or HR solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and driving end-to-end sales cycles using CRM tools and consultative selling approaches. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through digital and outbound campaigns, cold calling, email marketing, and networking. Promote and sell payroll services, HR software, or related SaaS offerings to mid-sized and enterprise clients. Manage the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting to closing — using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot). Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding.- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Provide market feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong focus on lead generation and CRM-based selling. Prior experience selling payroll solutions, HRMS, or ERP tools is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to the HRTech or FinTech sector.
