The ideal candidate is experienced in using various outbound and inbound lead generation strategies, understands B2B/B2C sales cycles, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries. Generate high-quality leads through channels like cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. Use CRM tools to track lead activity, progress, and conversions. Qualify leads through discovery calls and emails to determine fit and interest level. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies. Maintain and update lead database regularly with accurate information. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets. Required Qualifications: 06-1 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of sales funnels and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with outbound email automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Mailshake).
