Role Overview

 

We are seeking Lead Generation Executive/ Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calling, email, and online research. This role supports the sales team by creating a strong pipeline of qualified leads and maintaining accurate customer data. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Generate leads through 

    cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and online research

     
  • Connect with potential clients and understand their basic business needs 
  • Introduce company products/services in a clear and confident manner 
  • Qualify leads and share them with the sales/closing team 
  • Follow up with interested prospects on calls and emails 
  • Maintain and update lead details in the 

    CRM system

     
  • Meet daily calling, follow-up, and lead targets 
  • Support marketing and event/exhibition lead follow-ups 
  • Prepare basic reports on calls, leads, and outcomes 

 

Requirements

 

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience

     in inside sales, international calling, or lead generation 
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus). 
  • Ability to communicate confidently with 

    overseas clients (buyers & suppliers)

     
  • Comfortable with 

    international calling, different time zones, and accents

     
  • Professional email writing and follow-up skills 
  • Willingness to do 

    cold calling and outbound lead generation

     for global markets 
  • Ability to pitch 

    international exhibitions, digital platforms, and B2B services

     
  • Lead qualification based on buyer/supplier profile, export readiness, and business potential 
  • Scheduling meetings, demos, or calls for senior sales managers 
  • Willingness to do 

    cold calling and outbound lead generation

     for global markets 
  • Ability to pitch 

    international exhibitions, digital platforms, and B2B services

     
  • Lead qualification based on buyer/supplier profile, export readiness, and business potential 
  • Scheduling meetings, demos, or calls for senior sales managers 
  • Basic knowledge of 

    CRM systems

     (Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot or internal CRM) 
  • Comfortable using 

    Excel, email, LinkedIn, and online research tools

     
  • Target-driven with a strong learning mindset 
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional on calls 
  • Good time management and follow-up discipline 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment 

 

Preferred (Good to Have)

 

  • International calling experience 
  • Knowledge of exhibition booth sales or digital marketing solutions 
  • Multilingual skills (additional foreign languages are a plus) 

 

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (International Business, Marketing, or Commerce preferred) 
  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in inside sales, international calling, or lead generation 
  • Internship or exposure to international sales, B2B platforms, or trade shows is an advantage
