Job Summary:

Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  lead generation strategies

  through paid ads, cold outreach, and digital campaigns.
• Run targeted

  Google Ads (AdWords)

  campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for quality leads.
• Use

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  and other tools to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Design and send

  cold email campaigns

  to prospects using automation tools like Mailchimp, Lemlist, or Instantly.
• Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads, passing high-quality prospects to the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) with all prospect interactions and activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
• Research and identify new market segments and industries for outreach.
• Track campaign performance, generate weekly reports, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT or digital services.
• Hands-on experience with

  Google AdWords, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Email Marketing tools

• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.
