We serve clients across industries with innovative and scalable tech solutions. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads using various digital platforms such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing . This role is critical to driving our sales pipeline and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through paid ads, cold outreach, and digital campaigns. Run targeted Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for quality leads. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and connect with potential clients. Design and send cold email campaigns to prospects using automation tools like Mailchimp, Lemlist, or Instantly. Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads, passing high-quality prospects to the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) with all prospect interactions and activities. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates. Research and identify new market segments and industries for outreach. Track campaign performance, generate weekly reports, and suggest improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT or digital services. Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Email Marketing tools . Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel and digital marketing principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.
