We serve both B2B and retail markets, with a focus on sustainable, stylish, and practical products. We are now looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Sales Executive to expand our reach and drive business Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and generate new business leads through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach. Build and maintain strong client relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and corporate buyers. Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from initial lead contact to closing deals. Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products (return gift bags, promotional bags, customized solutions, etc.). Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to run lead generation campaigns. Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation / sales / business development (preferably in B2B, FMCG, or eco-friendly product industries) of atleast 1 year. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to use CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other online platforms for lead sourcing. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
