Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate new business leads through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and corporate buyers.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from initial lead contact to closing deals.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products (return gift bags, promotional bags, customized solutions, etc.).
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  lead generation / sales / business development

  (preferably in B2B, FMCG, or eco-friendly product industries) of atleast 1 year.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to use CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other online platforms for lead sourcing.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Graduate or a Post Graduate.
