Junior Lead Generation Executive


🔎Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research potential clients across leisure, corporate, and group travel segments.
  • Identify decision-makers and gather key contact details through online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Support outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to initiate conversations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead information in CRM.


🤝 Initial Client Engagement
  • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT/CHAMP.
  • Set up introductory calls or meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
  • Understand client interests at an early stage and provide relevant company information.


📊 Pipeline Building & Reporting
  • Assist in building strong sales pipelines to support revenue growth.
  • Track lead activity, conversion rates, and share weekly reports with the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.


🔧 Operational Excellence
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and Fusion Fly offerings.
  • Ensure CRM systems are always updated with new leads and follow-up status.
  • Support smooth handover of qualified leads to Sales Executives.


✅ What We’re Looking For


Skills

  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and research skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of sales cycles and client qualification.


Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, or lead databases is a plus.


Mindset

  • Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding new opportunities.
  • Passionate about travel and building connections with people.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
