Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong focus on B2B lead generation across international markets including the USA, Canada, UK, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in email prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market research using Google to identify and connect with decision-makers in Marketing departments of IT companies. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified B2B leads from international markets (USA, Canada, UK, EMEA, LATAM, APAC). Perform targeted outreach via email and LinkedIn to schedule calls with VP/Director/Manager-level marketing professionals. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced Google research techniques for prospecting and contact discovery. Conduct initial discovery calls and schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain and update CRM tools with lead status and pipeline progress. Research and analyze competitors to refine outreach strategy and positioning. Build and manage a consistent lead pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development, preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of international markets and cross-cultural communication. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, etc.). Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills. Ability to understand IT services/solutions and position them effectively. A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in lead generation or business development in a SaaS or IT services company. Knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing technologies.
