The candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential leads in industrial and real estate sectors across India. Preference will be given to candidates based in Tamil Nadu due to regional market focus. About Us: Nebeskie Labs is a deep-tech company focused on Industry 4.0, OT-IT integration, and AI-powered industrial solutions through our flagship product, Enture. We enable real-time monitoring, optimization, and intelligent decision-making for factories and commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads through online databases, LinkedIn, directories, and other sources. Generate qualified leads for the sales team by engaging with potential clients via email, social platforms. Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine lead generation strategies. Prepare and share weekly reports on lead generation activity and progress. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field. No prior experience is required, if having is a plus. Good communication skills in English and Tamil (written and verbal). Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and lead sourcing tools. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
