Product Demo Specialist

You are the perfect fit for the role of Product Demo Specialist at Nebeskie Labs. As a Product Demo Specialist, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the Enture platform to potential customers, understanding their needs, and bridging the gap between product features and business value. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering engaging product tours, demos, and walkthroughs of the Enture platform to prospects, customers, and partners. - Tailoring presentations to highlight business benefits like energy efficiency, process monitoring, and asset performance based on customer requirements. - Understanding the software features such as integration, dashboards, analytics, alerts, and controls, and explaining them in a simple and compelling way. - Gathering customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests, and channeling them to the Product Management team to shape the product roadmap. - Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and solution alignment. - Maintaining demo environments and ensuring they reflect the latest platform capabilities. To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience in software demo/product tour roles with SaaS platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar enterprise tools. - Strong ability to explain complex software features in a clear, customer-friendly way. - Exposure to industrial, factory, or building automation data platforms is a plus (not mandatory). - Excellent communication and presentation skills with comfort in handling live Q&A. - Curiosity to understand customer business processes and translate them into product value. - A collaborative mindset to contribute actively to product development through real-world customer feedback.
