Product Demo Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging

  product tours, demos, and walkthroughs

  of the Enture platform to prospects, customers, and partners. 
• Tailor presentations to highlight

  business benefits

  (energy efficiency, process monitoring, asset performance, etc.) based on customer requirements. 
• Understand the

  software features

  (integration, dashboards, analytics, alerts, controls) and explain them in a simple and compelling way. 
• Gather

  customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests

  , and channel them to the

  Product Management team

  to shape the product roadmap. 
• Work closely with

  Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams

  to ensure smooth onboarding and solution alignment. 
• Maintain demo environments and ensure they reflect the latest platform capabilities. 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in software demo / product tour roles

  with SaaS platforms such as

  Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar enterprise tools

  . 
• Strong ability to

  explain complex software features

  in a clear, customer-friendly way. 
• Exposure to

  industrial, factory, or building automation data platforms

  is a plus (not mandatory). 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with comfort in handling live Q&A. 
• Curiosity to understand

  customer business processes

  and translate them into product value. 
• A collaborative mindset to contribute actively to

  product development

  through real-world customer feedback.
