Lead Generation Executive

Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality leads from:

● Freelancer and LinkedIn

● IndiaMART inquiries and buyer interactions

● Cold calling potential customers

● Identify target customers, pitch services/products, and convert inquiries into leads

● Maintain and update lead tracking tools or CRMs

● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for follow-ups

● Achieve weekly/monthly lead targets

● Prepare reports on lead performance and pipeline status

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of proven experience in Lead Generation

● Strong knowledge of:

● Freelancer, IndiaMART, LinkedIn

● Cold calling and client communication

● Good command of English and Hindi (or local language)

● Ability to work independently and meet targets

● Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and a CRM tool

Preferred Qualifications:

● BBA/MBA/B.Tech/BCA or a relevant degree in Business or IT.

● Previous experience working in a target-based sales role.

● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking software.
