Role Description

highly motivated Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make 

  a minimum of 200 outbound calls per week

   to potential clients in the 

  Europe and UK

   regions within the IT and cybersecurity domains.
• Conduct 

  research to identify potential leads

  , key decision-makers, and verified contact information (especially accurate email addresses).
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain 

  CRM data integrity

  —ensuring all lead and activity records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect pain points and align with cybersecurity solutions provided by our European partner.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed 

  monthly KPIs

  : 5–7 qualified leads and 100% CRM data sanity compliance.
• Submit weekly activity reports highlighting call volumes, lead conversions, and key insights.

Qualifications

• 0–12 months of experience in 

  lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales

  —preferably in 

  IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI-based solutions

  .
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong research and data verification abilities to identify accurate contact details.
• Familiarity with 

  CRM systems

   (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io).
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven individual with strong follow-up discipline.
• Basic understanding of 

  cybersecurity and enterprise IT landscape

   is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and curiosity to learn continuously.
