Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to support our growth across Europe and the UK. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are confident in cold calling, researching new prospects, and maintaining CRM data accuracy. The candidate should have a hunter’s mindset—someone who thrives on creating opportunities and generating 5–7 qualified leads per month through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per week to potential clients in the Europe and UK regions within the IT and cybersecurity domains.
• Conduct research to identify potential leads, key decision-makers, and verified contact information (especially accurate email addresses).
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain CRM data integrity—ensuring all lead and activity records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect pain points and align with cybersecurity solutions provided by our European partner.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs: 5–7 qualified leads and 100% CRM data sanity compliance.
• Submit weekly activity reports highlighting call volumes, lead conversions, and key insights.

Qualifications

• 0–12 months of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales—preferably in IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI-based solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong research and data verification abilities to identify accurate contact details.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io).
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven individual with strong follow-up discipline.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise IT landscape is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and curiosity to learn continuously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
