Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services in web design, web development, branding, and digital marketing. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, cold outreach, and online platforms
  • Promote agency services including Web Design, Web Development, Branding, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Advertising
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure client needs are met
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and report on performance metrics
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (digital agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and web technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with digital marketing or IT service agencies
  • Knowledge of proposal writing and pricing strategies
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar B2B channels
  • Basic understanding of SEO, web development processes, and branding concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
