Position Overview: As a Client Servicing , you will assist in managing and nurturing client relationships while gaining hands-on experience in the client servicing process. You will work closely with senior client servicing team members, providing support in daily tasks, ensuring clients’ needs are met, and contributing to the overall success of client projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients. Support in day-to-day communication with clients via email, phone, or meetings. Help manage client accounts and ensure their needs and expectations are met. Coordinate and liaise between the client and internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery. Prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing documents. Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Attend client meetings and take notes to ensure all points are captured and followed up on. Assist with the development and execution of client strategies and campaigns. Help resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Conduct research to support client needs and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
