Project Coordinator for Creative Agency

You will be working as a Client Servicing Intern at Xee Design, a leading Branding & Digital marketing company. Your role will involve assisting in managing and nurturing client relationships, working closely with senior team members, and contributing to the success of client projects. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients. - Support in day-to-day communication with clients through email, phone, or meetings. - Help manage client accounts and ensure their needs and expectations are met. - Coordinate between clients and internal teams for seamless project delivery. - Prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing documents. - Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. - Attend client meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up on all points. - Assist in developing and executing client strategies and campaigns. - Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct research to support client needs and identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus but not required.
