Full Stack Web Developer (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team on a remote . The ideal candidate has strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, can work independently, and is comfortable collaborating with a distributed team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving web applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications.
• Collaborate with team members (designers, product managers, other developers) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP (depending on your stack).
• Experience with databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote, distributed team.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
