Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to support our growth across Europe and the UK . This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are confident in cold calling, researching new prospects, and maintaining CRM data accuracy . The candidate should have a hunter’s mindset —someone who thrives on creating opportunities and generating 5–7 qualified leads per month through consistent outreach and follow-up. Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per week to potential clients in the Europe and UK regions within the IT and cybersecurity domains. Conduct research to identify potential leads , key decision-makers, and verified contact information (especially accurate email addresses). Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Maintain CRM data integrity —ensuring all lead and activity records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect pain points and align with cybersecurity solutions provided by our European partner. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance conversion rates. Meet and exceed monthly KPIs : 5–7 qualified leads and 100% CRM data sanity compliance. Submit weekly activity reports highlighting call volumes, lead conversions, and key insights. Qualifications 0–12 months of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales —preferably in IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI-based solutions . Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong research and data verification abilities to identify accurate contact details. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io). Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven individual with strong follow-up discipline. Basic understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise IT landscape is an advantage. Ability to work independently with ownership and curiosity to learn continuously.
