Job Description

Danfoss is looking for Lead Generation Associate to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
Manage and track leads from initial contact to conversion, ensuring high conversion rates.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
Any Graduate degree is required.
