Xpandifi is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide a high-performing development team responsible for building integrations, optimizing backend systems, and delivering scalable, secure solutions for international sellers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive end-to-end full stack development, shape architecture, and contribute directly to product strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers working on marketplace integrations and core platform modules
• Design and develop robust, scalable full stack solutions using Node.js, React.js, and MySQL
• Own the end-to-end delivery of features from planning and architecture to deployment and monitoring
• Build and maintain integrations with major e-commerce marketplaces, payment gateways, and logistics systems
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
• Oversee deployment and infrastructure management on Azure and AWS
• Conduct code reviews, enforce clean coding practices, and ensure performance and security standards
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA to ensure feature usability and consistency
• Implement and refine agile practices such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Contribute to system documentation, architecture diagrams, and developer onboarding materials
• 6–7 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong backend expertise with Node.js and Express.js
• Solid frontend experience with React.js (Angular also acceptable)
• Proficient in MySQL, including database design and query optimization
• Experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines
• Practical experience with Azure and AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, App Services)
• Familiar with microservices architecture, Docker, and RESTful APIs
• Background in e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or warehouse integrations
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and technical leadership
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with serverless architectures or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with caching solutions (Redis)
• Knowledge of DevSecOps or platform security best practices
• Contributions to open-source or tech community
You’ll be building the technology foundation for Xpandifi’s seller portal, a global system that connects marketplaces, logistics, and payments into one powerful platform. This role gives you full ownership, autonomy, and visibility across our international commerce ecosystem.
