Role Overview

Lead Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Product Design

· Drive innovation and collection development to strengthen leadership in the sleepwear category (innovative fabrics, silhouettes, and themes).

· Lead end-to-end product development: studying sales patterns, preparing option plans, managing fits, ensuring timelines, and delivering designs.
