We’re looking for a Fashion Marketing Strategist who can bridge the gap between design and communication. Your job is to translate moodboards into marketing , aesthetic into content strategy , and drops into culturally relevant moments . You’ll work closely with the founder, design team, and creatives to shape how the world sees and feels the brand. Responsibilities - Develop and own seasonal marketing calendars , product drop strategies, and campaign plans Build and implement brand storytelling frameworks across platforms — web, Instagram, e-comm, emails Lead content ideation for fashion campaigns, photoshoots, lookbooks, and video assets Align brand visuals and language with core identity — from social media posts to packaging copy Collaborate with designers and visual teams to turn creative vision into consumer-facing content Monitor industry trends, subcultures, and fashion moments to keep the brand relevant and ahead Strategize for both B2C campaigns and B2B brand store projects What are we looking for - 3+ years of experience in fashion/lifestyle/creative brand marketing Proven ability to craft strong brand narratives and campaign strategies Understanding of fashion trends , subcultures, and design aesthetics Experience in building content calendars and handling drops, launches, or collabs Bonus: Has worked on a fashion or lifestyle brand , boutique agency, or editorial project Highly proactive, organized, and fluent in both visuals and words We work out of our studio in Pune.
